How to Request Service

Please keep the operation manual provided when purchasing the compressor. If the manual does not resolve your question or problem, if you purchased through YUJIN headquarters, contact us at the designated number; if you purchased through a YUJIN dealer or sales office, please register your service request at the point of purchase for faster service.

For quick processing, please check the following minimum information and fill in the separate request form.

Warranty Coverage

In the event of a failure under normal operating conditions as described in the operation manual and product warning labels, we will provide free product or parts replacement (repair).
The following cases will be charged:

• ① Regular consumable replacement parts (e.g., oil, various filters)
• ② After the warranty period expires
• ③ Failures or damage due to user negligence or improper handling
• ④ Failures or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
• ⑤ Failures or damage when non-genuine parts are used
  
• ⑥ Damage from fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters and external causes
• ⑦ Failures or damage due to improper installation site selection
  e.g., Ambient temperature: operating outside 2~40°C range
  Caution: Sites with flammable, ignitable, or explosive gases; sites with metals, cement, stone dust, etc.
• ⑧ Failures or damage due to non-compliance with our recommendations
  e.g., MAIN MONITOR bearing grease lubrication (inverter products: every 2,000 hours)
  - No secondary compensation such as production loss due to product failure will be provided.
  - No warranty beyond the warranty coverage will be provided.
  - If a failure occurs during use, please contact the place of purchase or our A/S service.
