Using YUJIN Machinery's Air Demand Analysis Tool (ADT), we provide a compressor system optimization service for each customer's factory — analyzing daily air demand to achieve maximum energy savings.
The ADT analyzes your air demand pattern and calculates energy consumption and savings when the selected compressor is installed, enabling pre-purchase analysis of electricity cost reduction and payback period before committing to a purchase decision.
Air Demand Analysis Process
An expert with extensive knowledge of compressed air systems visits the customer's site, inspects the compressors, and conducts detailed discussions to determine the requirements for the proposed system application.
To assess the current status of each compressor and compressed air usage patterns, the Air Demand Analysis Tool (ADT) is installed to collect data at set intervals over a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 7 days.
Using YUJIN's proprietary air demand analysis software, the data measured from the customer's compressors is downloaded and analyzed to generate operation rate, usage pattern, and power consumption graphs for each unit.
Consumption characteristics are calculated and, through simulation combining standard and inverter compressors, the potential energy cost savings from applying inverter compressors can be pre-verified — providing comprehensive consulting on optimal equipment configuration and investment cost recovery.
Compressor Selection
Inverter compressor selection is determined through a precise analysis of the current usage conditions and air demand patterns of the customer's existing compressors. The ADT is connected to the customer's compressors to accurately record and analyze the operating characteristics of each unit according to the factory's compressed air usage patterns, enabling effective compressor system configuration for diverse air demand profiles.The operating data stored in the ADT for each compressor unit is entered into the analysis software, which calculates daily air demand graphs and power consumption characteristics. The potential electricity cost savings from applying standard versus inverter compressors can be pre-verified, enabling advance review of optimal equipment configuration and investment payback.
